Smooooooothie Time!

I like to start my day by waking up at 10am and drinking a smoothie (and coffee, duh). I know that a smoothie filled with healthy greens is better for me. But lately, I've been all about that strawberry banana life. 

I haven't posted a recipe before, and I don't know if or how often I'll do this. But I needed to share it with you guys. Because it's that delicious 

**I've adapted this recipe a little to my liking. 

Ingredients:

1 cup of vanilla yogurt

1 cup of frozen strawberries

1 banana 

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of honey

1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Directions:

Put ingredients into blender and blend away!

Put into a glass and ENJOY!
