My Favorite Summer Drink!

Hi guys!

I cannot believe that it's already August! 

Summer is almost over. Well, if you live in the south, we'll have summer for another two-ish months. But I want to share the recipe for my favorite summer drink!

As you know, water is pretty important. We all know that we should be drinking more water than we are probably drinking. I know that a mocktail recipe isn't ideal on getting your 46531 ounces of water in everyday, but it's better than drinking that large number of ounces in coffee, am I right?

My husband and I have pretty much stopped drinking for a while now.

No, I'm not pregnant. Sorry, mom.

But that's not stopping us from enjoying a freaking delicious mocktail. I could drink these all day (aka I do drink these all day). Since there's no alcohol in these delicious and refreshing beverages, there's also not a lot of added calories like there would be in a normal cocktail that has a ton of sugar or a mixer. 

It's super easy to whip up. Nothing special and you might already have everything on hand!

Here's what you'll need!

Raspberry Lime Sparkling Water

Organic Lemonade

Fresh Mint

Organic Lime or Lemon

A Fun Glass!

 

First, you need a fun glass. I put big block ice cubes (also very fun) in my fun glass. Wash and toss some mint in there. Open up the sparkling water and fill it 1/3 of the way. Then I add a splash of the lemonade- or you can make it a double and add two splashes. I'm not judging! Next, slice some lime and toss it into your fun glass!
